Chiropractor

Daniel Buckley, DC

Dr. Buckley was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, growing up in a log cabin without running water, built by his Father.  He found himself drawn to Chiropractic after recovering from a low back injury he suffered during a cross-country ski race in high school.

He was puzzled and intrigued when a trip to The Doctor did not involve a subsequent trip to the pharmacy, and he continues to be amazed at what he considers the best form of health care in the world, a practice that doesn’t put anything into the body, doesn’t take anything out, nor does it rely on drugs or surgery, but instead on the natural healing abilities of the body.

In 2017 Dr. Buckley completed his Chiropractic education at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Though he misses the barbecue, he’s happy to be back home where he grew up, in a state that he loves. When not helping others to get out of pain or maintain their health, he enjoys traveling with his wife, taking his dog on hikes, and is an avid member of the Anchorage Water Polo Club. He looks forward to meeting you!

Massage Therapist

Lori Ianu-Mailo

Lori Ianu-Mailo was born in Fort Stewart, Georgia, and grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, as the youngest and only daughter among four siblings. Her upbringing was deeply influenced by family values, caregiving, and cultural heritage.

In 2012, Lori moved with her family to American Samoa, where she graduated as Salutatorian from Iakina High School Academy and earned an Associate’s Degree in Visual Arts.

She then spent several years teaching traditional Samoan arts to students ranging from young children to college-aged learners. In 2019, Lori returned to Alaska with her family and welcomed her son soon after. Having cared for her grandparents and parents throughout her life, she naturally gravitated toward a career focused on wellness. Beginning as a Chiropractic Assistant, Lori's passion for supporting others’ health and healing truly flourished.

Now advancing her journey as a massage therapist, she combines intuitive care with hands-on skill to support healing and well-being. When she's not working with clients, Lori enjoys quiet, creative time and staying connected to her cultural roots through art and storytelling.
